Phoenix play a stripped-back version of “1901” live on KEXP, recorded at The Cutting Room Studios, NYC.
What surprises me the most is that they sound like electronica when they play with electric guitars and rock drums, and they still sound Daft Punkish with an acoustic guitar only.
I like that.
