My new desktop background. I used to have pictures of New York (or my fiancée), but I work in Paris now and I wanted to see Paris. The problem is most pictures of Paris you find on the interwebs are touristy pictures of monuments that may be beautiful, but don’t represent my day-to-day life in the city, and why I love it.
The metro does. So this is a pretty great desktop background for me.

I really love this picture, how actually Parisian it is. I have a few pictures of my daily life in Paris here, but now I have a cool DSLR, I’ll take some photos of the metro.
