Ta Sœur fête la musique
Monday was a great day here in Paris: every year on the first day of Summer, garage bands take to the streets and play their songs. It was Music Day.
I saw two rock bands improvising a cover of The Clash’s Should I Stay or Should I Go from two opposite sidewalks, one playing the drums and the bass, the other one answering with guitars and voice. That was awesome.
In the picture above, my friends’ band Ta Sœur (“Your Sister” in French) on stage, playing a ska cover of The Jungle Book’s I Wanna Be Like You after having thrown two bananas at the crowd. Yep, they rocks.
